Hello..

Peace be upon you, and Allah mercy and blessings

today I was very early because of orders from the technical that the boarding house was required to come at 6:30 so my friend and I departed that morning. Because I arrived that morning I waited long enough to wait oneline. around 8 o'clock we were oneline for a grooming examination and then went into the pastry area to pray that what we were practicing today went smoothly.


After that our supervisor starts doing doing on the egg dishes, they do shows about various boiled eggs, ranging from soft, medium to hard. Then make scramble egg and omelette. After they are finished, we are welcome to do with our respective groups to make boiled egg, scramble egg and omelette.

After finishing making it, we went back into the kitchen area because Iical would show how to make a turnover, a sunny side up egg, and a poached egg and we would try to make it but before we prayed for prayer. we made it earlier and also our senior sister's cooking. Then go back to the pastry area to listen to some instructions about the activities that we will do after doing making processed eggs, namely making a pastry cream for filling tomorrow.

Hearing the direction from our sister supervisor, we continued to make turnovers, sunny side ups and poached eggs. We made it long enough because we had to be careful in making preparations such as the 3 eggs because the level of difficulty was pretty, that is, egg yolks should not break. after that clean each area and break the prayer.

after the prayer we entered again to prepare the material to be used to make pastry cream and start making pastry cream. We make pastry cream quite quickly and after all is done we do general cleaning to clean the kitchen area that we used before and take a short break before doing oneline to go home.
