Kitchen Equipment and Utensil
1. BLENDER (equipment) 
Function : to blend and smoothing the ingredients
Material : plastic and glass
Cleaning : clean with wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth, for the bowl use detergent to clean



2. BREAD IMPROVER (equipment)
Function : to make fermented the bread dough
Material : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth




3. DOUGH DEVIDER (equipment)
Function : to divide dough on equal weight
Material : iron and stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with the wet cloth and finishing with dry cloth



4. BALLOON WHISK (utensil)
Function : to mix a liquid
Material : stainless steel
Cleaning : clean with detergent, rinse with clean water and dry it.




5. CAKE KNIFE(utensil)
Function : cut a cake
Material : stainless steel
Cleaning: clean with detergent, rinse with clean water and dry it.




6. CUTTING BOARD (utensil)
Function: used for base when we cutting
Material : wood
Cleaning : clean with detergent and rinse with clean water, after that dry it.
