My daily activity #3

   Peace be upon you, and Allah mercy and                                   blessings
        Today, my friends and I are still happy, we arrived at 9:00 in the morning. Next we do an oneline to check the grooming and enter the pastry area. Dipastry we are oneline again and pray before continuing the activity. after that we listened to the direction of the supervisor what we would do. And today we make pies, namely sugar dough and pie dough.
         After giving a few directions we did make the mixture. We began to prepare the materials to be made. After the mixture is finished, our group prints the mixture in pie mold and then keeps it in the chiller because we haven't made it for filling. after finishing cleaning the work area and doing oneline. Before making the contents we were shown how to make the contents by our supervisor. We took a break to pray and proceeded to make the entries.
         To make the stuffing is quite difficult because we are still confused to make it. Next we make 2 kinds of fillings, each for one dough namely pastry cream and bechamel sauce. The longest time we use is when making a pastry cream then after that we fill our pie dough which has been bake until half cooked and bake it again until cooked after filling the filling.
         while waiting for the dough to be bake, we do general cleaning in the pastry and bakery section. After finishing, we rest and our dough is finished bake. We tasted our pie pie and did oneline to go home.
