Daily activity #7 (version ing)

on this occasion on the second day and the third week of practice, I came at 6:30. When I arrived at the kitchen not long after, we were oneline outside the kitchen, but many of my friends who had not yet arrived and were waiting for us to be absent and prepare ourselves.

After that we stood oneline in the pastry. then our senior incharge told us that groups 1-5 prepared spices and what was needed for the Indonesian breakfast and groups 6-10 prepared their English breakfast because it would be served in the restaurant.

english breakfast is divided into coffee and tea + preserves and raisin muffins made by group 6, juice made in group 7, english muffins made by group 8 namely my group and group (10), muffins (chocolate muffins) made by group 9, and oat meal , coco crunch and corn flakes (cereal) made by group 10.

Because the english muffin dough has been made yesterday so we just bake it on the pan / teflon over low heat and bake it on both sides of the butter without butter or other. After that we put it in basketball bread with chocolate muffins and raisin muffins. We are ready to serve it at 9:00 but the restaurant is still closed so we wait until the restaurant opens.
At 11.00 the restaurant is open and we have presented it one by one according to the order. Coco crunch is the winner today because it is he who is in great demand and runs out :). At 11:40 the restaurant was closing for breakfast and then our senior 4A served the food for lunch at the restaurant.
Then we did the midday prayer, after that we returned to the pastry and our supervisor instructed us about the menu for tomorrow, namely american breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. My group gets an american breakfast.
We complete our general cleaning at 2.35 and then break briefly while waiting for the Asr prayer time. After that, we stayed on campus for quite a long time because we waited and helped our friend who made a croissant, because before there was something :), they repeated it.
After the Maghrib prayer, we stood at Oneline and went home
