AssalamualaikumHari I do practice mid that is about the menu rotation 1.4, this day also we were told to come around 6 am. Today I reached the campus around 6 a little past due today woke up rather late.After tibah in the kicthen I come into a locker to store luggage I. The things we do is boil the shells to be taken stock of his so that it can be used for soup today.While making stock, we heat the sauce bolognise yesterday made. Furthermore, we ask to mr. Jaya about the sauce is what will be used in appetaizer, the sauce will be used i.e. frozen butter and hollandise. We prepare the materials that will be used to make the sauce.Because we got the menu rotation 1.4 we were somewhat slow memprepare in the day before because we've never made that menu. The menu that is to appetizer (chicken liver and herb pate), soup (clam chowder), main course (spaghetti bolognese), dessert (yellow butter cake).Finished making the sauce, we are told that our food should be ready at the hour of 11 although we are not going out to a restaurant today. Next we started cooking our food such as soup and spaghetti. Finished making the maincourse and soup we clean the area we use and washing equipment are dirty.While waiting for the food in the plating, we make perkedel potato from the rest of the material is not used. There are a few of our friends that plating while the rest still make perkedel potato for the next day. After plating we explain in the office and the time immediately break for prayers. Finished the prayer our lunch and then proceed to clean the area of the col kitchen then clean the utensil as well as chiller freezer, finished cleaning it we rest while waiting for the oneline to go home.
